![]() ![]() ? after three years of using this computer with always up-to-date-Mac and up-to-date PS-CC suddenly the card is not up-to-date.? I have been sittign for four hours while gettign maybe 30 minutes of actual editing time done - now, suddenly, when PS automatically attemps to re-open after a frezze-crash-shut-sown-Mac-automatic-restart I now get a window telling Graphic card is not cmpatible/up-to-date. Please post the exact version and not only phrases as "recent", "latest" and so on.ΔΆ021 Dec 28 - Same trouble here - new iMac 2017 bought in 2018 - now on latest Big Sur - been using the same computer and Photoshop CC up-to-date every update - ever since - and although it became slower and slower every year since the last 5 - 6 years now, in recent months PS has become almost useless for me, too - crashes-shutting-down0Mac-automatic-restart or endless beachballs on each and every single click or single attempt at one small clonestamp click, or opening an image file wating for 2 1/2 minutes beachballs beachballs beachballs. If this all doesn't help we need more informations about your environment. and check "Disable Native Canvas" - then restart Photoshop and check. If this doesn't help already disable the "Native Canvas" -Option. If it helps, you can check out the steps suggested here: Once done, quit & relaunch Photoshop to check if that helps. ![]() ![]() If this doesn't help try in the next step to disable the option to "Use Graphics Procesor" from Photoshop by going to Preferences, then Performance.
